    Job Information

    Do you have an interest in DevOps methodologies, software architecture design and cloud computing?  Our engineering positions are responsible for the development and implementation of cloud applications, systems, and processes. The candidate will need to be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced team environment.


    Key Job Functions


    • Implement and support infrastructure solutions in sophisticated, high-performance environments that demand stability, tremendous throughput and low latency

    • Support systems deployment, configuration management and application installations within the AWS services including but not limited to: VPC, ELB, EC2, S3.

    • Serve as technical resource in development team’s efforts to determine the needs of the business that will simplify and automate the applications and services as well make them more efficient

    • Acts as a liaison to the enterprise business units and IT teams to plan, schedule and implement remediation to ensure that all systems are running the latest software versions and patches at all times.

    • Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot windows software deploymen




    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technical field required.


    Minimum Experience  


    • Minimum of 3 years working in software engineering with hands-on DevOps practices/tools experience, or similar recent coursework
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Windows administration, including system design, configuration, maintenance, upgrade and administration.
    • Minimum of 1 year work experience with AWS


    Specialized Knowledge & Skills     


    • Experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both open source licensed and Commercial-off-the-Shelf software tools.

    • Can demonstrate strong programming skills using a preferred language, for example, python, ruby, java, nodejs, or similar

    • General understanding of Java and maven

    • Experience creating cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation

    • Ability to perform defect root cause analysis and provide resolution

    • Ability to use a variety of open source technologies and cloud services

    • Scripting experience with python or ruby
    • Excellent user interface / interpersonal / written and verbal communication skills
    • The ability to operate in a team environment consisting of both internal and external members, co-workers and customer.
