    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    Job Information

     

    This individual will be responsible for maintaining our reception desk and front lobby area to include a multitude of administrative tasks throughout the day. 

     


    Key Job Functions

     

    • Enthusiastically greets each employee, contractor, visitor and guests using the proper greeting for time of day to create a friendly positive entrance and departure.
    • Ensure that guests and appointments are directed to the appropriate individual.
    • Answers phone by the third ring in a professional and courteous manner and uses proper phone greeting techniques.
    • Addresses callers request and/or takes appropriate messages noting callers name and number.
    • Provide security and control to the Lobby while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
    • Process request for Building Badges, Temporary Badges and Parking.
    • Work with Facilities Manager to identify seating arrangements.
    • Maintain the Building Guest register.
    • Respond immediately to employee and/or contractor requests.
    • Maintain the front desk area according to Company standards.
    • Maintain a neat appearance and wear proper attire.
    • Reserve conference rooms along with projectors and any other equipment that may be requested.
    • At the end of each month, have the refrigerators properly cleaned.
    • Each afternoon visit each Pantry and replenish as needed.
    • Become familiar with Building Engines as to place maintenance requests to the Building.
    • Input and Validate seating roster using Excel.
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail as well as Federal Express, UPS, etc.
    • Maintain a positive relationship with Vendors and ensure that those Vendors abide by Company security requirements.
    • Follow and report any and all safety concerns.
    • Wear and display at all Times Company issued Badge.
    • Provide and Install office signage.
    • The ability to work overtime when required to monitor Vendors as they provide services to CSS after hours.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

    Education   

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.

     

    Minimum Experience  

     

    • 0-1 years of related experience

     

    Specialized Knowledge & Skills     

      

    • Excellent customer service skills are required.
    • Ability to communicate effectlively with both employee, managers, contractors and guests.
    • Above average usage and understanding of Excel
