    This role requires you to have Business Analysis and Process Improvement experience to lead the analysis for some key functional areas, while directly managing analysts ensuring that the team members achieve their potential in an agile environment. This requires organizing and prioritizing the deliverables and ensuring the analysts in the team are ready for the requirements for the upcoming releases in a timely manner. The role requires gaining a deep understanding of the business involved, participating in business solutioning for the requirements, involvement in the testing efforts underway to guide triage and timely resolution for the issues that surface.

    This position requires business analysis skills and financial services knowledge in conjunction with strong management and planning abilities. A successful candidate should have the aptitude to drive business, architectural, and functional discussions and challenge analysts to design and build elegant solutions for complex business problems.

      

    Key Job Functions 

    • Lead the analyst team for the assigned functional areas.
    • Confer with management and client groups to determine business requirements of pending or current projects. Assess how the requirements can be solutioned and documented as User Stories and made available to the development team.
    • Manage support to applications during testing by tracking problems and troubleshooting them to sustain application in production.
    • Meet with SecOPs Business Owners, application developers and testing analysts to determine business needs and functionalities desired for new or revised application and/or testing existing applications.
    • Plan course of projects, including milestones, resources needed in the form of staff hours, budget, use of technology and tools and document in project plan, following established project management methodology.
    • Track course of project from meetings, conferring with analysts, and receiving reports. Update project plan as needed. Document changes to scope or functionalities with change ticket, project plan, or other format.
    • Assess compliance of development process in conjunction with development managers with accepted methodology and communicate to responsible staff. Document exceptions or deviations as needed. Convene meetings and plan agenda to ensure important issues are aired and resolved.
    • Provide analysis contributions to current project
    • Responsible for the team’s timely deliverables
    • Manage, document, and evaluate staff performance. Establishes individual goals and development plans for direct reports through utilizing company’s performance metrics, conducts performance reviews

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education   

    • Bachelors in IT, Finance or related discipline

    Minimum Experience  

     

    • Minimum 8 years of related experience

    Specialized Knowledge & Skills     

      

    • Business analysis and Process improvement experience, financial services background preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, take ownership of deliverables, and drive assigned tasks to completion.
    • Lead a team of analysts and manage their deliverables
    • Proven communication and writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audience Cross-functional engagement/support experience in Technology.
    • Strong organizational skills and Customer oriented approach to business
