    IT Business Operations is seeking an energetic, self-starter Corporate Systems Manager to manage the team responsible for the business and technical design, development, deployment and support of internal business systems. This role will require the individual to make insightful and feasible recommendations to senior leadership in addition to managing resources involved in developing business-related technology platforms. 


    Key Job Functions

     

    • Lead the implementation, adoption, and creation of a support model for SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365
    • Facilitate cloud migrations of existing applications to Microsoft Azure Cloud in an automated and efficient fashion while mitigating risk through ensuring controls are operational  
    • Collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements, while working with the team to implement Office 365 and Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies
    • Management of Corporate Systems product roadmap to include cloud based systems that support key business function as such as Legal, HR, and Finance
    • Lead team of implementation specialists
    • Set direction and guide action plans and priorities for implementation of internal business systems
    • Provide leadership in implementing and maintaining CSS’s overall corporate strategy by making strategic decisions and solutions

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

    Education   

    • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required

     

    Minimum Experience  

    • Minimum 8 years of related experience in Project Management, IT Development, and Corporate Strategy
    • Minimum 3 years experience as a people manager
    • Prior experience managing corporate migration to Microsoft Azure and Office 365 preferred
    • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future. CSS does not offer H-1B sponsorship for this position.

     

    Specialized Knowledge & Skills     

    • Self-starter with excellent planning and organizational skills and have the ability to exercise independent judgment while participating in various complex and sometimes concurrent projects from inception through completion.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, specifically the ability to communicate and interact effectively with all staffing levels, adapting communication and presentation style for audiences ranging from non-technical to highly technical and at all levels within the organization
    • Strong communications skills, with the ability to challenge the business areas on operational risk as well as the ability to convey risk exposure and requirements to business partners
    • Strong business acumen with strategic business mindset
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment that presents a high degree of subjectivity and change
    • Ability to influence across reporting lines
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills
    • Securitization and or Secondary Mortgage background not required but considered an asset
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master Certification preferred
