    Job Information

    Under limited supervision, support the design and delivery of portfolio governance and reporting including: investment decision and project governance forums, reporting initiative status to internal and external stakeholders, conducting quality assurance reviews of deliverables, project change control, and engaging with stakeholders at varied levels to document and provide oversight of key risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies along with associated mitigation/resolution plans. This role will not be executing projects; however, previous experience doing so is critical to success.


    Key Job Functions

    ePMO Governance and Reporting is responsible for supporting and delivering on the following:

    • Engage with project managers to ensure clarity of project status reporting
    • Ensure change control processes are followed across the portfolio
    • Develop relationships with Project Managers and key stakeholders to ensure their continuous engagement and support with governance and reporting processes
    • Engage closely with project managers to provide transparency and guidance on emerging trends, risks, and issues
    • Ability to manage and centralize project plans in support of enterprise program reporting and change control
    • Ability to identify, groom and escalate risks and issues in collaboration with project managers and key stakeholders
    • Manage and promote continuous improvement of delivery standards and project planning framework
    • Support the publication of weekly, monthly and quarterly internal and external executive reporting, including gathering data, drafting reports, and working with Leadership to finalize reporting
    • Support weekly collaboration meetings with the project managers and portfolio leads
    • Assist with maintenance of project management training materials and the ePMO SharePoint site
    • Provide engagement and support for enterprise-level initiatives that impact the PMO
    • Conduct quality assurance reviews of Governance and Reporting team deliverables


    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

     Minimum Experience  

    • Minimum 3 years of project management and/or communications experience
    • Experience with creating executive-level status reporting and documentation
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
    • Previous experience working for a Big 5 consulting firm a plus
    • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future. CSS does not offer H-1B sponsorship for this position.


     Specialized Knowledge & Skills     

    • Excellent communications, writing, and interpersonal skills are a must
    • Ability to multitask and distill complex concepts in a fast paced, matrix environment
    • Previous experience in a PMO desired (experience doing Governance and Reporting even better)
    • Strong achievement orientation and attention to detail
    • Must be a team player
    • Must be able to perform work duties with limited supervision
    • Previous experience with project management for large scale projects (schedule development and management, meeting facilitation, execution monitoring, status reporting, and risk management)
    • Ability to design and manage the implementation of process changes to meet organizational goals and objectives
    • Ability to collect/analyze data and formulate business recommendations for senior management
    • Ability to create automation for Excel workbooks using macros and/or VBA is desired
    • Top tier management consulting industry background desired
    • Financial Services / Secondary Mortgage industry experience desired
    • Experience with SharePoint
    • Proficiency with key MS products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
    • Working knowledge of technology concepts including enterprise architecture, SDLC and Agile methodologies
