The Enterprise Risk Management function at CSS is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to support the end-to-end oversight of the Operational Business and Corporate Services functions at CSS. This role will provide support/subject matter expertise in identification of operational risks, evaluation and development of effective internal controls and will assist in providing recommendations to manage and mitigate operational risks. This role will include oversight over the core operational business functions and Corporate Services areas and will act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that risk management issues/concerns are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved. This role will also oversee and monitor ongoing risk management practices in the first line to ensure they are in place and sustainable. In select cases, this role will also help develop and execute targeted control testing as needed.
