Common Securitization Solutions (CSS) is seeking an experienced Business Resiliency Analyst to join our team of talented professionals. This is a full-time remote opportunity. 

 

CSS built and operates the largest and most advanced mortgage securitization platform in the world, supporting the Uniform Mortgage-Backed Security (UMBS) of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Job Information

The Business Resiliency Analyst will play a key role in supporting CSS's ability to prepare and respond to incidents while collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess risks, identify recovery strategies, and enhance the organization's resilience under the direction of the Lead, Enterprise Business Resiliency.

 

 

Key Job Functions

  • At direction of the Enterprise Resiliency Lead, maintain program documentation as required for business alignment, regulatory compliance, etc.
  • Assist with the BIA (Business Impact Analysis) and BCP (Business Continuity Planning) processes in updating business area documentation with the assistance of team leaders.
  • Plan, coordinate and assist with the facilitation of table-top exercises in assisting with scenario creation, meeting minutes, and partnering with business coordinators.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify potential business area gaps to improve overall business continuity and resiliency for CSS.
  • Coordinate and facilitate periodic Business Continuity meetings with business leaders.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of tests to exercise resiliency plans for CSS’s critical business functions.
  • Participate in conducting scheduled or ad-hod business impact assessments for all of CSS business areas.
  • Support audit and/or regulatory examination activity involving CSS’ enterprise resiliency program.
  • Engage with relevant system owners to improve enterprise resiliency program processes such as BIAs through effective use of automation.
  • Assist in incident reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned and strengthen organizational resilience.
  • Assist and support audits and regulatory examinations of the resiliency program.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education   

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience  

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with demonstrable involvement in enterprise resiliency, business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management or a related field.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future. CSS does not offer H-1B sponsorship for this position.

 

Specialized Knowledge & Skills     

  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating tabletop exercises with cross functional business leads in large scale enterprises.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range $81,000 to $94,250

CSS’s pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.  CSS offers a competitive total compensation package, which includes a performance bonus, 401k match, healthcare coverage, PTO, and a broad range of other benefits.
