U.S. Financial Technology (U.S. Fin Tech) is seeking an experienced  Product Business Analyst to join our team of talented professionals. This is a full-time remote opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Job Information


U.S. Fin Tech is seeking a dynamic individual to support its product delivery team. The ideal candidate is passionate about business analysis, is a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The business analyst will be responsible for defining, analyzing and documenting business requirements to support U.S. Fin Tech’s Appian solutions.  Additionally, they will participate and play an active role throughout the product delivery lifecycle.  


Key Job Functions

 

  • Create detailed user stories and/or functional requirements, as well as user test case acceptance criteria for CRs and defects with guidance.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and decompose high level information and translate it into business documents.
  • Collaborate with product owners and key stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Contribute to reviews of operations documentation (procedures, operating manuals) with internal and external stakeholders
  • Review test cases for quality assurance and to ensure they cover all the relevant business scenarios.
  • Contribute to meeting materials for key internal and external meetings (agenda, action items, minutes)
  • Maintain JIRA hygiene for created stories such as fix version, account and EPIC link.
  • Participate in status meetings with business and other key stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of SQL or other technical competencies to facilitate successful story writing 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education   

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

 

Minimum Experience  

 

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future. U.S. Fin Tech does not offer H-1B sponsorship for this position.

Pay Range $94,250 to $107,500

U.S. Fin Tech's pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law. U.S. Fin Tech offers a competitive total compensation package, which includes a performance bonus, 401k match, healthcare coverage, PTO, and a broad range of other benefits.
